The 4, 8 and 12 week packages come with a customized training program that is designed based upon answers you provide. It takes into account your current fitness level, age, injury history and likes/dislikes. The 8 and 12 week training programs also include:
- Detailed 7 day meal plan to give you an idea of how to structure your meals
- (2) 15 minute coaching calls to get you started on the right track and answer any questions you might have [8 and 12 week packages].
- Unlimited e-mail support to answer questions that come up during our time working together
- Weekly client check ins for added accountability
- The convenience of having an online weight loss program and coach that will save a ton of $$ not having to hire those expensive in person trainers.
- The cost for the 4 week package is $149.99 . The cost for the 8 week package is $249.99 and comes with 2 coaching calls. The 12 week package is $349.99 and comes with 4 coaching calls.
