You can choose from any package below that fits your specific fitness goal and budget. I offer 4, 8 and 12 week fitness packages.
The 4 week fitness package includes a customized training program that is designed based upon answers you provide. It takes into account your current fitness level, age, injury history and likes/dislikes. You will also receive an eating guide that is flexible enough so that anyone can do it. You will also be able to easily make any changes to it so that you can make it your own. You will also receive e-mail support. The cost for the 4 week program is $149.99.
The 8 and 12 week packages come with a customized training program that is designed based upon answers you provide. It takes into account your current fitness level, age, injury history and likes/dislikes. They also come with a detailed 30 day menu, 10 minute coaching calls and e-mail support. You won’t have to go it alone and if you run into a problem or have a question you will have access to me to help answer your questions and help get you back on the right path. The cost for the 8 week package is $249.99 and comes with one coaching call. The 12 week package is $349.99 and comes with 2 coaching calls.
