It’s time to share the results
One Trainer − Up To Three Clients
1-on-3 personal training makes it possible for you and your friends, or
other compatible partner(s), to work toward similar goals under the
guidance of one personal trainer. The objective is to encourage you to
exercise properly and achieve your goals with the support of a partner,
and is available in my fitness center or at home. Your shared training
sessions will be fun and motivational, and your results will be
inspiring.
Choosing the right partners are key. If your goal is to reduce body fat,
it makes sense for you to work out with someone who shares that goal.
Other goals might include improved cardiovascular health, weight loss,
general conditioning toning or improved strength for a particular
activity or sport like skiing or running.
