The problem with typical weight loss
diets

Here is the problem
with today's 'so called' fitness and weight loss solutions. They are designed
to FAIL. Sounds crazy? I know, but its true.
You are being scammed to
the tune of billions of dollars each year. The weight loss industry feeds off
your fears and wants to keep you fat and out of shape, as long as you are you
will continue to spend money on their weight loss products. After all a sick,
unconditioned person is their cash cow.
I'm going to tell you
the truth about fat loss. I understand you are frustrated, tired and may even
feel hopeless about achieving and maintaining your weight loss and fitness
goals. Most of my clients and myself included at one time felt the same way
that you do today.
There is a lot of
misinformation out there about weight loss and nutrition. I feel that this
glutton of information just leads to mass confusion.
I will explain the vicious cycle we are caught

They (the
media) lie to you and get you to stock your shelves and cupboards with
'fat free' and 'low fat' products. What they fail to mention is that they may
remove the fat but then load the product with tons of sugar. Don't believe me?
look at the back of almost any product in your home and you will find 'high
fructose corn syrup' this will only help to pack the pounds on your butt.
See, while your eating
'low fat' your actually eating more sugar than ever before. (Note the rise of
adult and adolescent type 2 diabetes).
You have to understand
that the human body is an efficient machine, and it is converting almost all of
these processed sugars into body-fat and storing it. Its simple, your body will
either use food as fuel (if your active) or store it as potential energy-FAT
Next thing you know your
'skinny jeans' aren't so skinny and are really tight. You are confused, your
eating healthy (or so you think), and you wonder why you are gaining weight.
Let the yo-yo dieting begin

you may turn to fancy gadgets that you see on TV. The tummy shrinking gadgets,
the thigh toners and diet pills.
